How to Engage
BTG Client-Billable Projects
- Email btg@evalueserve.com with a project overview and description of your request. Be sure to coordinate with your Client Service team up front for budget and billing purposes.
- For BTG Client-Billable projects, reference the Client Service Associate name and project name/blinded client name in the initial email as this is required for billing.
- All requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours and an initial assessment and clear description of next steps will be provided.
- Please note, there are no project size limitations in order to utilize Evalueserve.
Non BTG Client-Billable Projects
- Email btg@evalueserve.com with a project overview.
- Inform Evalueserve that you are a member of the BTG network to access preferred pricing and that you will be paying directly. Provide contact information for billing.
- All requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours and an initial assessment and clear description of next steps will be provided. Note: there are no project size limitations in order to utilize Evalueserve.
- Evalueserve will bill you directly.
